The actress hasn’t broken her style streak once on this film’s press tour — and we’re here for it
Selena Gomez is in a monochromatic mood!
As part of the continuing Emilia Pérez press tour, the actress, 32, attended the Los Angeles premiere in a sophisticated black Elie Saab gown.
Gomez wore an off-the-shoulder dress with an intricate satin design that wrapped across her bodice. The dress’ skirt was made of black taffeta and created the illusion of a sheath silhouette, but it also included a short train.
She accessorized the sleek look with a pair of over-the-elbow black leather gloves, black patent leather pointed-toe pumps and a pair of diamond hoop earrings.
For her glam, the singer-actress maintained a sophisticated look with a slick back bun, deep gray-brown smokey eyeshadow, rosy pink cheeks and matte nude lipstick.
Gomez has been stepping out in look after look since the premiere of the Jacques Audiard-directed film at the Cannes Film Festival, where it earned two awards, including the best actress award for its ensemble of women, and a minutes-long standing ovation. Gomez plays Jessi Del Monte in the musical movie.
Styled by Erin Walsh, the “Single Soon” singer has worn everything from Saint Laurent in Cannes to Oscar de la Renta in London (make that two striking looks from the label) to Vera Wang in New York, while still staying true to her classic glam.
Most recently, Gomez attended the Oct. 19 Academy Museum Gala in Los Angeles wearing an Alaïa blue suede halter gown with leather cups. She accessorized with statement jewelry, including a wrist cuff and statement earrings that were on full display. She also wore her new bob in a slicked-back style, bringing back the flippy bob trend that was hot in Hollywood earlier this year.
