The 56-year-old actress Jennifer Aniston listed the non-invasive cosmetic procedures she uses to maintain her youthful appearance.
Jennifer Aniston, long admired for her toned physique and “age-defying” face, opened up about her beauty secrets in the latest issue of Glamour magazine, published on September 2.
When her co-star Marion Cotillard praised her as a model of a woman who is “aging gracefully,” Aniston revealed that she regularly undergoes facials, laser treatments, and various other supportive methods.
However, Aniston denied ever undergoing plastic surgery. She had previously been rumored to have gone under the knife after being spotted outside a cosmetic clinic in Connecticut last year with fellow actress Sandra Bullock. The facility is well known for offering facelifts, nose jobs, Botox injections, and other cosmetic treatments.
When speaking about aging, Aniston shared that she always maintains an optimistic mindset while taking care of and loving her body. “Back in the day, we didn’t really have role models to show us how to preserve beauty over time. For me, the key to staying youthful is optimism and positivity. Everything starts with appreciating our bodies and our place in life,” she said.
In the past, Aniston admitted to trying Botox but confessed it wasn’t for her. In a 2015 interview with Yahoo Beauty, she explained: “People think I’ve had a ton of Botox, but I haven’t. I tried it once, but I found it could easily become addictive. And on my face, it just looked strange.”
Last year, the Friends actress revealed that she had also tried a salmon sperm facial treatment but saw no visible results. Aniston has also undergone peptide injections — a compound believed to have anti-aging properties.
For years, Aniston has firmly denied rumors of having had a nose job. In 2007, she told People magazine that the only surgery she ever had was to correct a deviated septum, not to change the shape of her nose.
Along with her skincare routine, Jennifer Aniston maintains an active lifestyle. She works out five times a week with Pvolve — a program that combines cardio, resistance-based equipment, and low-impact movements. The actress explained that changing her workout style has helped her avoid injuries after years of pushing her body through high-intensity routines.
“We need to be kinder to our bodies as we enter middle age. If I had known about Pvolve earlier, I could have avoided a lot of pain,” Aniston said.
