A woman found a dog on the beach that kept on waiting for his owner who had passed away
Jolie Mejia and her family were on holiday near Peru when they noticed a dog near the ocean. The dog didn’t seem to be a stray dog as he was very clean and had a ribbon on his neck. It was obvious that he was well taken care of.
The family fed the dog and waited to see where the owners of the dog were. The dog kept on looking at the ocean. The dog’s behavior intrigued the family to know why. They waited for the owner to appear as the dog didn’t look abandoned at all.
As the family learnt later, the dog’s owner was a fisherman who had died and the dog still waited for him by the ocean hoping that his owner would come back from fishing.
A lot of people who either live nearby or visit the beach know the dog already. They always feed him and take care of him. There is even a woman living by proximity who regularly takes care of him and has called him Vaguito.
However, the dog refuses any shelter as he still expects his owner to be back home. The loyalty of dogs cannot be compared with anything else in the world.
