As Jake Shane reeled in his 25th birthday celebration on the road, he reflected on the past 25 years and shared a heartfelt shoutout to his fans for making his dreams become a reality. For the special day, Jake posted a picture of him as a toddler playing outside in the grass along with a snap of him on his current nationwide tour as he rocked his signature “puss on tour” tee on stage.
Under the new Instagram post, the comedian wrote a touching message to his 852k followers that read: “baby me wouldnt believe his eyes if he got to see our life todaybut 25 years later, its true and its all because of you pussies. thank you for making this past year even more special than the last, I love you all more than anything.”

Under the post, Jake was met with an outpour of love including hundreds of birthday wishes from his supporters. One fan commented: “Happy birthday to Gen-Z’s best friend. I literally love you. You deserve the best!” And another added: “happy birthday i’m so f—–g proud of you – a star is born.”
And a third fan replied: “why am i gonna sob? happy birthday jake!!!!!” While someone else chimed in: “Happy Birthday!! I feel like it’s my best friends birthday today, can’t wait to keep up with you! Love you.”
On his birthday, fans Jake took the stage for a sold-out live podcast show in Indianapolis, Indiana joined by hundreds of his dedicated fans. In fan footage from the night the podcaster looked like he was having the time of his life as he was seen busting a move and swirling a stuffed animal octopus over his head on stage with a screen that read “Let’s party again.”
In another TikTok post on his special day, Jake shared a behind-the-scenes video of him walking into a room and being greeted by his singing friends and two customized lit-up birthday cakes. As as he made a wish and blew out the candles of his purple Octopus cake, his friend in the background hilariously said: “Don’t worry there’s no stick in it.” In this she was referencing Jake’s latest unfortunate injury he experienced on tour when his pal Connor Wood smashed his face into a cake and was nearly blinded by a stick in the middle.
